We recently sold a set of Blue Willow China to this member, and noticing that they buy a lot of Blue Willow we wanted to let Sellers of Blue Willow know what type of person you are dealing with.
After painstakingly wrapping their items to avoid any breakage, we received a negative after responding to their request to ship priority for parcel post rate. We have options for parcel post and priority on our invoices, which the buyer must not understand.
After receiving a rude response about priority costing more, and demanding rather rudely that items better arrive unbroken with almost all misspelled and hard to understand words, we replied that they might want to turn their spell check on. They did not appreciate the careful packaging of the China, all done for a $1.00 handling charge.
After checking their feedback, we noticed they tried to bilk another member for a partial refund while keeping a so called defective piece of China.
If a seller offers a complete refund for return of an item, if in fact it is defective, why would a buyer want to keep it?
We have personally found 607franklin to be rude, deceitful and very self centered. Loves to play the fall guy and leave negative feedback.
