It's evident you are not an experianced drummer.  I have been drumming for over 30 yrs and know if you go to Guitar Center or any music store  to purchase any kit worth buying that you have to buy the hardware seperatly.  Look on Musicians Friends werb site - they sell hardware seperatly.  Go to D.W., Tama, Pearl - any drum site and you find the same thing.  If you want a all in one insterment maybe you should try playing a flute or something.
