Introduction

Have you ever woundered what the best way to store your trading card items is??? Have you woundered how to make your trading card items mint for month after month??? Are these the starteling questions popping out of your head that you can't make go away??? In this guide I am going to help those thoughts go away by telling you how to keep your trading card safe and sound. Now are you ready to rid those thoughts???

Part I: Singles

Most people these days will find a ultra rare trading card that they want to save for many years then sell. The thing is you can't just keep this card in a box or in your closet. If you want this card to stay mint for many years then follow the steps that will keep your card minter than ever.

First when you recieve the card be sure not to leave it out in the sun. The sun will discolor your card lowering it's value tremendously. Depending on the card go buy a protective sleeve to make sure it is not scratched while transportating it through out the house. If the card is extremely rare the be sure to buy a toploader. This makes it so the card can't bend and reduces the chance of the card being scratched. If ou are going to store this card away for a while in your closet the place it in a plastic bag. Water damage may not seem like a problem but you should always be prepared so yes, place the card in a plastic sealed bag. Next place the card in a small box. This reduces the chance of it being damaged tremendously. Not that your card is protected for life place the box in an area were nothing can fall on it. If something did fall on it then the box could get crushed and there is a chance that the card could become severely damaged. Now all you have to do is let the years fly by and watch the price of that card skyrockit.

Part II: Lots

A huge majority of trading card collectors are saving a card lot. Card lots can be harder than singles to take care of but in the end of it all, it is worth it. The first thing is placed your card in a box and tightly pack them. Put packing material in so that if you shake the box you won't hear cards moving around. Next place a plastic bag or cover the box in plastic wrap. This once again protects the cards from being damged in case of a water problem. Make sure the bag is sleade tight or that the box has a couple layers of plastic wrap just to be safe. Now take your covered box and put it in another box. Make sure that it is packed tight and surrounded by by pop corn, bubble wrap or paper. Close and seal the box. Place the box far from objects that can be of any threat to the cards. Once again just watch the value of the lot carry you to the sky!!!

Part III: Packs

I sure that there is many many people out there who have very old and rare trading card packs. Most of these people though do not know how to properly store them out of harms way. The first step is place the packs in a plastic bag for once again the water safety. Then place the plastic bag in a box and secure them in the middle of the box. This makes it so that is if some substance made it in the box the middle is the haddest place for it to get to. Sucure the box and tape it closed around all the opening so nothing can make its way through. Put this secure box away from all liquids or fire hazards to insure its safety. Keep the babies for a decade or two and then watch the money knock at your door!!!

Part VI: Booster Boxes

Booster boxes are one of the most wanted items from any trading card series. If you own one and plan on saving then you want to keep this box in supremely mint condition. First I am going to say this for the milliononth time, put it in a plastic bag tom prevent from all sorts of liquid damage. Place this in a box and tighly secure it to prevent damage. Secure this box with tape and save it for many more years. Now watch money roll in!!!

Conclusion

If you are a huge card collector then be sure to follow my instructions. If you need help then feel free to ask at any time, day, and year. I is very appreciate it you could leave a positive vote for this guide. Thanks for looking and watch money fly through the door by using these very easy tips. Have a great day!!!
