I just read about the trade dollars from China,after  had order some.After I order paypal said that the seller cannot currently receive payments ,transaction cancelled.So the seller then tells to send the by wire transfer or western union and this wouldm be at me expense be3cuse I am the buyer.I send an email to (5) ebay about this an I get some of the wall answer.I will not be sending any money for this auction.
