GUIDE REMOVED IN PROTEST

We have removed all of our Guide entries because of the eBay User Agreement which went into effect July 9, 2007. This new User Agreement gives eBay the right to publish/use our Reviews and Guides, and Blogs and Listings, and anything else on the eBay site, as it sees fit. There was no announcement of the user agreement change and that's just downright dirty on their part. From the user agreement:  When you give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future.
