okiphones.com is a great iPhone download service. When you sign up, they provide you with free video converting software so all the media you download can easily be put on your iPhone.

The site design is nice and the members area is easy to navigate. However, I searched for a super rare CD and it was not in their database. That was the only drawback I could find.
