9- have a bottle of flavored water instead of a bottle op soda.

8- Try frozen cool whip instead of ice cream

7- Switch from white bread and rice to whole grain bread and brown rice. They are more nutritious and make you feel fuller faster.

6- take your dogs, kids or your friends for a long walk, everyday

5-park farther away from the store than usual

4- eat smaller portions. That muffin at starbucks is actually 4 portions, not 1
