Top Baseball Minor League Prospects Regardless of Position
Perfect for Baseball Card Memorabilia Collectors
&
Fantasy Baseball Nuts

  1. Alex Gordon (Royals 3B): The starting third base job should already be his in 2007. Has power and great bat control, lowered his K's while raising his BB totals every season in the minors. Batted .325 avg. with a .427 OBP in 2006 for AAWichita. Looks like Mark Teahan is going to the outfiled, because both reggie Sanders and Emil Brown are now trade bait. MY OVERALL RATING: A+
  2. Philip Hughes (Yankees P): The top pitching pick of the 2004 draft is already ready. Possesses great command, high K/BB ratio, and should have enough confidence after even Yanks refussed to trade him at the deadline in 2006. Finally the Yankees retain a quality youngster, good job Brian Cashman! For once. MY OVERALL RATING: A
  3. Delmon Young (Tampa Bay OF): He might be the most major league ready in the minors. His rep is still recovering from the bat throwing incident last season, but showed poise and much potential in his late season call-up. MY OVERALL RATING: A
  4. Homer Bailey (Reds P): He has been pushed through the farm system fairly quickly, but with very good reason. He needs a challenge! A good bet to be in the Cinncinati bullpen at some point in the 2007 season. MY OVERALL RATING: A-
  5. Troy Tulowitzki (Rockies SS): Here's another guy who has been brought up quite fast. He got a little playing time late last season, and is highly regarded to have the starting job as early as opening day! Should become a solid hitter, with power that is still developing. MY OVERALL RATING: B+
  6. Brandon Wood (Angels SS): Widely regarded as the best Shortstop in all of the minors, but is still about a year away from breaking into the majors. Had a monster 2005 season in AA where he posted 43 HR's and 115 RBI's. His 2006 numbers were down a bit, but he was promoted up to AAA Arkansas. MY OVERALL RATING: A-
  7. Cameron Maybin (Tigers OF): Still very young, turns 20 in 2007, but has awesome speed, power, and hits well for average. A prototype centerfield prospect. Might get to the majors by 2008. He'll start in AA in 2007, so watch out his rise may be fast with his 5-tool talent. MY OVERALL RATING: B
  8. Mike Pelfrey (Mets P): In his first season as a professional baseball player he made it to the Show! Pretty impressive indeed. Has a good chance of making the rotation out of spring training in 2007, and even if he doesn't he'll be back shortly. He was nearly unbeatable in college for Wichita State University. MY OVERALL RATING: B+
  9. Evan Longoria (Devil Rays 3B): Even though he was just drafted last year in 2006, 3rd overall, he is a favorite to be major league ready by the strat of 2008. Has devasting power, hits for high average, and is a very capable fielder. Was named the Best Pure Hitter among all college players by Baseball America. MY OVERALL RATING: B+
  10. Matt Garza (Twins P): It is pretty much a given now that he will be in the Twins starting rotation in 2007. And is an early favorite to compete for AL Rookie of the Year, likely with Delmon Young. He started at A Fort Myers in 2006 and made it all the way to the majors. Should be a future all-star for many seasons to come. MY OVERALL RATING: A-

I Will be Listing the Next Best Prospects Very Soon.
Please Check It Out.

Again, for consideration in this list all players must be rookie eligible in 2007.

Thanks Again!!!
