You're searching the net for your next trailer and da dah! You find it on Ebay.. It's a newer trailer, but is being offered for only $2,900 with a starting bid at $500. Sound too good to be true? You bet it is! These are con artists surfing the web and finding legitimate trailers for sale on other sights then copying those trailers and listing them as theirs. Their ebay ad usually contains "don't reply via ebay ask seller a question as it goes to my work email and I don't have access right now" or if you try to read their feedback it bounces you right to write an email to this person instead.
DO NOT CORRESPOND with these cons. Report the item # to Ebay promptly and watch and see how quickly the ad is removed. If you do correspond wit them, you will get a story about a sick son living in another country and how they (the seller) has had to move there to take care of him and the trailer is being stored at an Ebay storage facility. This is all a scam to get your hard earned money and don't fall for it.
Ebay is full of wonderful people who work hard to bring you whatever you are looking for, don't let a few scammers ruin it. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is...
