I was one of the accounts that was hijacked and thankfully another alert ebay user contacted me right away.  All the items put up for auction were removed by that day, not without someone bidding on one.  I had a lot of questions from potential buyers that I immediately responded to telling them this was a hijacked account "do not bid or pay anything if you already did bid".  I am very very grateful to Dan for being alert about this scamming technique.  thanks again!
