I have 4 kids. 8 years, 4 years, 2 years & 3 months old. I have a very helpful advice for all parents & parents to be regarding potty/toilet training your child & get them off diapers earlier.
For experienced parents, you must remember how hard it is to get your child to do his/her thing in the toilet instead of diapers. My kids were already toilet trained before they turned 3. Well, this is the trick. Most kids do not like sitting on the adult toilet seat even though there are stools or some sort to help them adjust. Don't need all that. What you need to do is position your kid backwards on the toilet seat as if they are riding a motorbike. They will get to grab on to the toilet seat easier so they will feel safe.
In the meantime remember to put on disposable pants diapers instead of the normal diapers, it will make your job easier.
Try this, I'm sure it will ease your journey as a parent. All the best!
