Have you ever listed your ACEO on eBay and then checked every fifteen minutes for the whole 7 days of listing to see if ANYONE bid on it?

Well, I know I am exaggerating.  However, several times it was ALMOST like that:  I listed, checked, thought about creating another masterpiece but couldn't concentrate on anything besides checking on "my listed baby" over and over again.

Even after numerous sales and many kind words from my customers I still find myself going back to check if anyone out there discovered my "baby" and placed a vote of confidence by placing a bid.

So, thinking that I might not be the only one like that on eBay, I know search for those little OOAK (One-Of-A-Kind) treasures no one discovered yet and bid.  I often imagine a relieved artist on the other side of the listing who can now go creating new works of art because someone said "Yes!" to her new work. 

The next time you browse through eBay's Art section and see that one listing that could use encouragement, go ahead and bid!  Don't wait until the last 3 minutes before the end of the listing.  Go ahead and be the first one to bid at the very beginning, in the middle of the listing time, ANY TIME you discover it.  I've developed quite a collection of beautiful and often quite unexpected treasures by doing just that!

So, don't hesitate - go ahead, bid, make someone's day!
