This guide's intent is to make each and every transaction a happy one for both the buyer and the seller. Following this guide should lead to less problems in the long run when purchasing shoe's online. If you ever have questions feel free to come to our store and contact us by clicking KnB Fashion.
1) Always, Always check your seller's feedback this is important. If the seller has less than 98% percent you want to see if you can find another seller. 98% is only a good grade in school not on Ebay.
2) Know your size, if your unsure go to any local shoe store and have your foot measured. This will help you a lot and will cause you less disappointment in the long run. Seller's do not normally refund if you don't know your size.
3) Ask questions, most sellers, like myself don't mind questions and would prefer you asked them up front rather than be disappointed later.
4) Find out whether the shoes run large to size, true to size, or small to size so you can purchase accordingly. Never assume that the shoes will run the way you think they might because you might be wrong.
5) Platform shoes NEVER come in half sizes. These shoes are made out of preformed molds and never come in half sizes. If you see a seller selling them in half sizes they are either selling you a half size larger or a half size smaller than what your actually ordering.
6) Patent is a shiny man made material. PU is a matte leather LOOKING man made material not shiny.
7) Keep in mind that monitors vary and so will the colors so the color I see on my monitor may not be the same exact color that is seen on your monitor.
8) If you have any special requests (i.e.. shipping to a different address, expedited shipping, etc.) make your requests before you buy this way if the seller can't provide it you can know in advance.
9) Women's shoes run 2 sizes larger than men's sizes so if you wear a 10 men's you will need a 12 in women's.
10) Consider going a half size to a full size larger if the shoes are very high heeled and narrow.
