2. Moisturize the air in your home. Maybe get a humidifier. You can also put misture
in the air by boiling water. Keep a large pot of water on top of your woodstove or
kerosene heater if you use them.
3. Reduce the times you spend in the shower or bath. Use warm water instead of HOT!
4. Use less soap on your skin. and use nondetergent products with natural PH .
5. Once out of the tub pat dry your skin instead of scrubing it dry. Then immediately
put on moisturizer while the skin is still damp.
6. Wear natural fabrics such as cotton and silk to allow the skin to breath.
7. Use fragrance free and dye free laundry detergent.
8. When you are outdoors - ALWAYS WHERE SUNSCREEN.
9. A well balanced diet and plenty of exercise will benefit your skin . The exercise
helps your blood flow and helps your circulation. Which helps to nourish and cleanse
the skin.
