The purpose of this guide is to help avoid sending an item to a person who has not responded.

After a sale if you are having trouble contacting your buyer you can find their phone number by going into advanced search - which is on the upper right of the page and clicking on the left find contact information.

Then you enter the item number of the auction and their user name.

Your phone number and theirs will be emailed by ebay to both the seller and buyer.

This is a good way to avoid scams and non paying bidders.

Never send an item without some contact with the buyer.
