I have been selling Ebay Under two different Accounts for 9 years and in that time I have learned 1 Valuable Lesson: NEVER SHIP (MAIL ) OFF LARGE PACKAGES FROM INNER CITY POST OFFICES. Everytime I have done this I have had packages stolen or damaged and then the buyers leave neutral or negative feedback  without ever contacting me to see if I would fix the problem. I had a large order (5) cds so since my driver was out of town I went to the "Local" post office to mail the medium package. They damaged it and the buyer left neutral feedback without consulting me first. It was a shock so now I have added even more shipping securities such as Insurance Required on ALL outgoing packages and make sure that I only go to Suburban post offices to mail large packages. So Inner City Sellers beware of Local post offices when mailing out your packages.
