Bought tin ceiling tiles from mboss.inc. One box was damaged. They would not send a new one unless I paid for it. They said that when they file their damage report to the shipper, they would reimbursed me only if the shipper takes responsibility for the damage. Not a good way to do business, I think.
Also, suggested I try to bend them back.
