Hello. I am here to talk to you about how to save time. How to make the most of your time with busy schedules. I live the life of no time, time constraints every minute of everyday and only me to get it organized. In a busy lifestyle you must be organzined or you'll go nuts. When you are up in the morning and getting around try to get up awake10 minutes earlier, this gives you a head start! Use this 10 minutes for organizing your day, lets say you have to do the following example list below: Make a list of what you have to do and get it done. You can do it!!!
•take kids to school
•grocery shopping
•post office to ship out packages for customers
•a luncheon with friends or business meeting
•pick up dry cleaning
•pick up kids at school
•take one kid to gymnastics
•take one kid to ballet
•take one kid to football
•have dinner ready
•laundry house cleaning
•homework time
•work calls to make
•Pay some bills
Ok after you make your list of to dos for the day by waking 10 minutes earlier, you now are more organized and have a direction. Your not just going by however you can go to get whatever done you have a purpose goals direction. Double up some of these chores. For example: when you take the kids to school, stop off at the dry cleaners on the way back, stop off at the post office to get the packages shipped out, stop at the grocery store to get groceries and something easy to fix or ready made for dinner that night. This saves time, gas money and energy.
During luncheon with friends while waiting make some work calls with the cell phone, have a laptop pc with you if possible or a datebook to check appointments.
It's time saving when you can double up on errands and have a direction of where to go what to do.
After you are at home with the kids in the evening, get the homework done, assign everyone a house cleaning or laundry chore, this saves time when everyone pitches in vs. just mom doing it all.
Always picking up after yourself, always keeping a calendar with you and trying not to over schedule helps too! Sometimes you need to hire a housekeeper or a nanny or someone to run errands- sometimes you need to call a friend but..sometimes you can't and those are the times you need to save time and be organized by making a list, following it and in the end you do feel good! I hope this helps!!
