I am coming into this eBay thing after many years in the commercial management field where I leased and managed commercial real estate - from office hi-rise and gorgeous to industrial park and fairly basic) through big-box distribution spaces to mom-n-pop incubator space.  The last type being a smallwarehouse/office combination in an indusrial park.  If anyone would find this kind of information useful - how to lease, what questions to ask the leasing agent, how to get the best deal, etc., etc. - please let me know and I'll put together a guide.  I'd like my fellow entrepreneurs to benefit from my journey!
