I wish I knew about this reviews before i decided to buy a phone from this guy. for those of you that is thinking of getting a phone from cellz4less you have been warned! Buy at your own risk! Duh! are you guys reading this?! He said my phone was locked! Okay that could happen but what about the rest of the 50 units that he is selling? After all he got 50 8890's for sale cant he just spare me one from the bunch?

So i called the number he gave me.

1pm    - I got a recording
3pm    - I got a recording
5:30pm - Recording said office is closed already

I'm getting frustrated already!

Okay understandable but I dont trust him anymore so I wrote..

I will cancel the dispute as soon as i see that the package is already
in transit. i will check it thru  the usps website i will give you 2
working days to do this if i dont see the package being in transit by
Tuesday give me my money back and i will cancel the dispute!

I'm still trying to be diplomatic.. Then he wrote..

WTF! does this guy actually think that I'm an idiot or something?! It was the same tracking number he gave me the first time

Either this guy is trying to con me or he does not know the meaning of the word "In Transit"

I lost faith that i will ever get the phone i worked hard for so I just let Paypal decide. After all I still have a dispute on file. And then.....

I had enough of this guy so I decided to call him, I just want my hard earned money back!  A guy named Mike picked up the phone (the number does work all you need is patience and a lot of free time!) he told me that the phone was already shipped out and that I should get it by saturday, he added that the phone somehow got lost thru the hands of USPS and that they ordered a "TRACE" already. WTF!

I called Oct 18 Friday around lunch time and he said that I will get it Oct 19 Saturday. I waited
.......Nothing?!

Oct. 23 ahhh there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

Resolve the issue? I tried resolving the issue for a month but all I got from him was delaying tactics and lie. After Paypal gave me my money back, after I gave him a negative feedback that's when he wants to resolve the issue.

Oct 30 I got an email from ebay saying that:

What is this guy doing?! trying to annoy me or something? This is what he do to some how remove the negative feedbacks he gets so he could brag about his feedbacks being 100% Positive What an Artist!


My realization about this whole ordeal is, that Paypal really works and I will never ever do any business  on ebay without using Paypal, Paypal works it may take time but it works.

And as for you cellz4less dont try emailing me because it will just go straight to my spam folder.
you could remove all your negative feedbacks but there is a growing community of ebayers that you conned and we are doing the best we can to make an awareness that people like you does exist in ebay.
