sellers. It sounds simple, but there is a lot more to it than that.
This guide will describe the basic process.
When you start out as a new investor, your vision is somewhat blurred. You may not know how you will achieve the goal you have set. That's OK. As you become better versed on strategies and clearer on the buying and selling process fundamentals, your goals will begin to materialize and your vision will clear. But it takes time and practice and a willingness to move through the educational process. The general real estate process can be broken down into the following steps:

· The act of finding the sellers that you can buy properties from that will generate revenue
2. Creating offers
· The act of making win-win offers that address the sellers needs, and provide you a vehicle for profitability
3. Buying
· The act of closing on your property and completing the transaction
4. Holding
· The act of owning
the property and following your investment plan for a future payoff
(Many times this process has profit built into it as well)
5. Finding buyers
· The act of finding the right kind of buyer that will buy your property under your terms
6. Selling
· The act of closing on the house and collecting your profits.
7. Repeat
· Repeat this process over an over you will get better and more efficient at it as things progress.
