eBay is implementing changes this February 20, 2008. One of the changes is that Sellers will NOT be able to give buyers a negative! Buyers on the other hand can give a Seller a negative for any reason! And we Sellers will not be able to do a thing about it!
If we Sellers have a nonpaying buyer with no communication then we can't leave a negative -they can leave us one though! If a Seller doesn't give into a buyers unreasonable demands then Sellers can't do a thing about it -but a buyer can leave us Sellers another negative! It goes on and on! I am sure you can think of a scenario!
In my humble opinion eBay can dish it out but they can't take it!
