I get lots of questions about the "shades" of red in the products that I sell. And sometimes it is tough to describe to potential buyers.

KitchenAID Red (called Empire Red) is a darker red close to brick red.

Rubbermaid Red (called Classic Red) is also a darker red a little lighter than brick red.

Vintage Red Tupperware will usually be brick red or orangish red.

Cuisinart Red is a vivid shade of primary red.

Farberware Red is a dark cherry red.

Retro Red usually refers to bright primary red.
