There seems to be many people using ebay as a means to scam the unknowing with these second chance offers always sent to you through the scammers e-mail and not ebay, so perhaps ebay will not mind if people start listing these scammers and let everyone know around the country and the world who these thieves are. I recently received a e-mail message for a second chance offer on an item I bid on. I knew it was a scam when I opened it because I had checked on the item two days ago and already knew that it had not sold, so when G. Bretz sent me the second chance offer I knew he was a scam. sos if you know this person or communicate with him through gmail, you might let him know everyone on ebay can now see he is a rip-off and a scammer. So much for honest people putting up with this B.S. because no one communicates that these cutpurses are operating, and if ebay cuts this guide it is because perhaps their concern for the real members who are honest is not as much as their concern not to be seen as taking sides to stop this trash and rabble from ripping you and me and everyone who uses ebay off. So G. Bretz go pull your scam on people who don't look at the items they bid on after the sale, however if you want to avboid these rip-offs, after you have either bid on an item or let it go to someone else, check it out and see who was the winner. Then you can tell jerks like this to KISS OFF. And I hope someone out there knows this jerk and realizes their friend is not just a lowlife, but a scam artist who is pathetic. Perhaps if there was a way to list these people on the net as being thieves they might get caught, and we honest people using this site might not have to watch every second for their Bull. So if you are like me, write a guide concerning these second chance offers and let it be known who sent you the offer on something that not only did they not sell, but that all they wanted to do was steal from you.
