How to prepare a cold sesame noodle dish in 30 minutes.
This is a simple recipe for a Chinese cold noodle dish that can be made in 30 minutes and it is the perfect meal for a hot summer day. It contains all the healthy ingredients and it tastes great.

1. Number 9 pasta - 1 pound
2. diced ginger
3. diced garlic
4. fresh scallion
5. sliced baked ham - 1/2 pound (or turkey breast cold cuts)
6. 3 eggs
7. 2 cucumbers
8. 1 carrot
9. fresh bean sprouts
10.Special sauce - ingredients...
sesame paste - 4 tablespoon
soy sauce - 4 tablespoon
sugar - 1 teaspoon
vinegar - 2 tablespoon
sesame oil - 2 tablespoon
Optional ingredient: hot sauce (to the side)
Utensils:
1. peeler
2. knife
3. grater
4. drainer
The trick to making it in 30 minutes is to boil the water and start the pasta while preparing the ingredients. Once the pasta is boiled, turn off the heat and let it simmer, stir occationally.
Place a couple of teaspoon of diced ginger in a small bowl and add some hot water. Do the same for the diced garlic.
Cut up 2 stems of green scallion and place in a small bowl.
Cut up 1/2 pound of baked ham into thin slices about 2 inches long.
Peel the cucumbers and the carrot and use the grater to grate them into shreds. Scramble the eggs and add a little salt and place in a pan with some oil. Make a thin pancake and flip over to brown both sides. Slice up the egg pancake into slivers about 2 inches long.
Once the pasta is cooked, place in a drainer and run through cold water for a few minutes until the pasta is cold to the touch.
Placed the bean sprout in the drainer and run under hot water.
Place all the ingredients for the sauce in a large bowl and add a little water to dilute and use a large table spoon to grind into a smooth sauce. The amount of the ingredients can be varied to your taste.
You are done.
