Personally I consider a 'RARE' silver art bar or ingot to be under 10,000 mintage. But it is of course a matter of opinion. Many folks will list their art bars 'RARE' when they don't even know the mintage or anything about the hobby. So many of us ask of you to not use the keyword 'RARE', unless it truly is a rare desirable collectible. If you're a seller please make your silver bar auctions legit and not deceptive... vasquezthegreat
