I am appalled at the amount of money I see charged for skin care products. Most are just overpriced moisturizers full of empty promises to do things like "de-toxify". What a load of baloney. To exfoliate try a Reach or other spinning head toothbrush with St Ives Apricot Scrub (which is a great inexpensive product). Wet your face and apply the scrub. Turn on the toothbrush and run it across the surface of the skin of the face and neck for a few minutes, then rinse. For surface exfoliation to decrease wrinkling and sun damage I use a toothbrush with an even bristle surface. To go deep into pores and clean them out I use a toothbrush with bristles of alternating length. To stimulate, massage and firm beneath the skin surface I use a Sonicare toothbrush. Again wet the face and apply St Ives Apricoth scrub. Turn on the toothbrush and run it across the surface of the skin of the face and neck, moving slowly and pressing lightly. Then rinse. The result is glowing, firmed, plumped up skin with a decreased appearance in wrinkles. You don't have to spend a lot for a Sonic toothbrush these days. Other companies besides Sonicare now make them and they're available for less than $20.00 in some drug store chains.
