The Six Flags Banzai Falls Water Slide
Six Flags amusement parks are known for their gravity-defying roller coasters and water slides. Chances are, if you have kids, they've begged you to take them on a summer excursion either to a Six Flags theme park or water park. But what if you want to enjoy the fun of Six Flags in your own backyard, without dealing with crowds, tickets and concessions?
The Six Flags Banzai Falls Water Slide is made for people who want to do just that. At ten feet tall and five feet wide, it's meant to give you the experience of having a water park at your own home. The kit includes a blower motor so you can quickly inflate the water slide as well as ground stakes for sturdiness.
Also included is a bag for carrying the slide and storing it when not in use, as well as a repair kit in case of a tear in the fabric. According to the manufacturer, the slide is meant for children ages four and up, and can support a maximum weight of 200 pounds. The sliding surface is a full six feet, which should be enough to give kids a thrill. For added safety, the slide features three-foot inflatable rails on either side.
Once you set up the water slide, your kids can slide down through a spray of water and into a splashing pool at the bottom. Many parents report that the slide is a hit at children's summer birthday parties. In 2006, the Six Flags Banzai Falls Water Slide earned a nomination for "Toy of the Year."
