I have spent 55 years in all facets of the food service industry.
Upon discharge from the military in 1953, I spent four years learning the culinary arts. The next ten years as Executive Chef in Country Clubs and top class restaurants. In 1965 I purchased my first restaurant. Upon moving to Florida in 1973 I became involved in institutional food sales. It was 1978 when I became involved with national packers and producers. This association led me into the avenues of nutrition, working with nutritionest in the development of nutrionally balanced chill and serve entrees for airlines and institutions.
I have written a book "Preparing Proper Fuel for the Body" the book contains the why's the how's and the simplicity of developing and maintaining a healthy body.
