If you are having trouble trimming your waist, your problem may NOT be your weight!
A useful yeast naturally found in your digestive system, Candida albicans, can sometimes get out of hand and cause bloating at your waistline.
Things like sugars and processed foods can cause Candida albicans to start multiplying WAY beyond what is helpful to you.
All that extra yeast can cause bloating because of the gases released by the yeast.
The bloating goes away when you get the yeast down to healthy, beneficial levels.
If this has happened to you, losing weight may not trim your waist.
So what can you do?
Well, first, I am NOT a doctor. I am just going to tell you how a nutritionist (who is also a doctor) treated me for this problem. If you have any medical concerns, talk to your doctor FIRST before starting this.
There is a supplement commonly available on ebay and vitamin/health food stores called Rutin that will kill off the extra yeast.
However, you need to know HOW to use Rutin right! And that's what I'm going to share with you.
What does Rutin do to the yeast?
Rutin kills the yeast by literally drilling a hole into it.
But then you have a new problem, because the dead yeast releases all of its toxins out of that hole, so all the sudden you feel worse. Relax, that is a TEMPORARY problem.
The key is to go slow in how much Rutin you take so that the temporary discomfort is bearable.
How do I take Rutin?
Rutin usually comes in 250 or 500 mg. However, you want to start with half of a 250 mg tablet (or a quarter of a 500 mg tablet). It is usually very easy to break up a tablet.
For at least the first three weeks, take 125 mg (half of a 250 mg or a quarter of a 500 mg tablet) ONCE per day. Throughout this, do try to stay away from sugars! You don't want to feed the yeast while you are killing the yeast!
Don't rush this, even if you don't notice any change.
If you experience too much discomfort, take an even smaller amount for the first three weeks, then do the 125 mg for the next 3 weeks.
AFTER the three weeks and AFTER your level of discomfort has decreased, THEN go to 250 mg per day.
Stay at this level for at least three weeks.
If you experience too much discomfort, go back to the 125 mg a day for a few weeks then try this dose level again. Some people may have to stay at 125 mg for many months - that's OK! You're still making progress.
AFTER the three weeks and AFTER your level of discomfort has decreased, THEN go to 500 mg per day.
Stay at this level for at least three weeks.
Again, if the discomfort is too much, go back to 250 mg for a while, and try again later.
Keep doing this pattern of increasing the amount.
AFTER at least three weeks, go to 500 mg TWICE a day.
AFTER another three weeks, go to 500 mg THREE times a day.
AFTER another three weeks, go to 1,000 mg TWICE a day
AFTER at least another three weeks, go to 1,000 mg THREE times a day. Stay at this level, do NOT increase your dose any further.
At any time, if the discomfort is too much, go back to the previous dosage level for a while, then try again.
When do I stop taking Rutin?
If you no longer have ANY discomfort while taking Rutin (no matter what dosage level you happen to be at then), then you are back to a normal level of Candida albicans and you can stop taking it.
If you NEVER stop feeling discomfort, then you need to go to your doctor. Do not take more than 1,000 mg three times a day.
If you have been at that dosage for some time and are still experiencing discomfort, then you may need to go to something more powerful than Rutin. There is a prescription medication you can use - talk to your doctor. You don't want to start with the prescription medication because it is so effective that you'll be killing yeast off so fast that you'll feel sick!
Is this really safe?
Rutin is readily available like other vitamins, minerals, and supplements because the FDA considers it safe and natural.
The dosage levels I've given you are usually LESS than the stated dosage on the bottle. That's because if you have a Candida albicans problem the stated dosage is too much - you'll experience too much discomfort.
Remember that discomfort is a sign that the excess yeast is being killed off. As the yeast is killed it spills all the toxins inside of it into your system, which is what causes the discomfort.
However, why make yourself suffer needlessly?!? Don't rush the dosage! Don't let your discomfort level get high enough to interfere with your life.
If you don't believe me, go ahead and try taking too much. I guarantee that within a few days you will lose your interest in rushing!
And remember, if you have medical concerns TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR. Not all doctors are familiar with Candida albicans, but many more know about it then when I went through this.
And YES, this substantially reduced my waistline. And YES, after I finished this I felt better in general. Having a healthy amount of Candida albicans is required for digestion, but too much causes health problems!
