There has been a lot of confusion in getting a replacement YoYo ac adapter for Apple G3 and G4 laptops. Apple made this adapter in 2 variations, the one for the Powerbook G3 and the one for the Powerbook G4 Titanium and the confusion arises, because Apple decided to use the same model number for both types. < Model Number: M7332 >

The adapters have different plug receptacles (color and size).  Please see the picture below of the different types.

As you can see the G4 adapter plug is black and smaller, while the G3 adpater plug is clear and bigger.  When you purchase and search for these adapters, it would be a good idea to look for the color of the plug (not just the model number M7332).  

The only exception is the newer G3 Snow iBooks with the Dual USB ports (this is the only G3 notebook that requires the G4 type (black plug) adapter.
