Introducing...
The 2006 Sage HYPE!
Rookie Card Set!

Dear Collector,

This latest NFL draft has some of the best talent we've seen in years. There are at least ten players who look like they could change the fortunes for their new teams. Some are obvious like Reggie Bush and Vince Young. Others like Laurence Maroney and Joseph Addai require a little vision and insight. We like this crop of rookies so much that we went to the leading football rookie card company in the world, SAGE Collectibles, and asked them to create a special edition just for our eBay customers.

And you won't believe what they did for us.

SAGE has created a HYPE! Edition set and limited it to just 2006 cards produced. This is a fraction of what SAGE's regular production normally is and the HYPE! Edition will never be in packs. They will only be sold through eBay Power Seller GoGraded here on eBay.

The cards are simply gorgeous and have the HYPE! logo and '2006' printed right on the front so you know exactly what you're getting. They are also on different paper and glossier than the regular Sage cards. There is a HYPE! Edition for both SAGE products released thus far... SAGE HIT & SAGE Aspire.

And we have chosen our top 7 prospects for this special edition.
Below you will find brief capsules on each of the Magnificent Seven as well as links to these great cards. Remember, there are only 2006 available and we are only releasing them here on eBay.

Reggie Bush
Reggie Bush is an X-Factor in cleats. He's Gayle Sayers anew, a hybrid of Marshall Faulk and Steve Smith. Bush can do absolutely everything well. Look for him to redefine the position with new plays that feature his speed and elusiveness. Watch him line-up at wide-out to create panic in the secondary and mismatches for the other receivers. And expect him to break a punt or two to win a ballgame for the Saints. There has never been a player like Reggie Bush. As with Barry Sanders he is a once in a generation talent and I will watch the Saints because of it.

Matt Leinart

Leinart slipped inexplicably on draft day and Cardinals coach Denny Green couldn't pass on him despite having two-time MVP Kurt Warner locked up for a few more years. Leinart will learn the pro game from one of the top passers ever to play and eventually take the reigns of a team with Edgerrin James, Anquan Boldin, and Larry Fitzgerald. Not bad.

Vince Young
Will he start opening day in Tennessee? Not sure yet but it won't be long. They absolutely love Vince Young there and passed on Matt Leinart, Jay Cutler and even Steve McNair to give Vince the keys to the offense. He's a one-of-a-kind talent and anyone who watched the Rose Bowl knows he's a winner too.

Jay Cutler
Cutler is this year's Aaron Rodgers, a jaw-dropping talent who simply must wait to play in one of the league's best systems. Everyone knows that Cutler is the future of the Broncos, but the question is how many interceptions must Jake Plummer throw, or how many losses will be enough for Cutler to get the call? When that happens it will be too late to buy his cards cheap, just as it became much more costly to grab Eli Manning's last year when he took his turn.

Joseph Addai
We put it down on paper last week for all to see. Addai, who was the first round pick of the Indianapolis Colts is our pre-season pick to be Rookie of the Year. He's replacing Edgerrin James who left in free agency and Addai will take his place in one of the most explosive audiences ever. Stats could come in buckets. He'll also be on national t.v. every week. You read it here first, sports fans.

Laurence Maroney
Maroney did everything that was asked of him at offensive powerhouse Minnesota and now brings his game to the New England Patriots. Rookie card collectors realize the potential of a player like Maroney eventually getting heavy minutes for the league's perennial contender. The day he officially replaces aging Corey Dillon as the team's featured back his cards double. With rookie cards, you cannot do better than have an offensive rookie on a team that is both successful and popular nationally. Remember what happened to Ben Roethlisberger cards when he replaced Tommy Maddox?

Vernon Davis
The specimen from Maryland landed right where Alex Smith needed him most- at the end of the 49ers line where he can catch pass after pass for the rebuilding Niners. A reliable Tight End is the best friend a developing quarterback can have and Davis was one of the most talked about rookies at the draft combine, rising from second round to top ten pick after just a few workouts. Scouts say he's an Antonio Gates type player with even more athleticism. Playing in the Bay Area for one of the league's top franchises ever should give him ample exposure.
