The Randalls eBooks Home Gym Guide

Imagine never having to pay to use somebody else’s sweaty, smelly, overused fitness equipment.  Imagine never having do drive 15-20 minutes to the gym, and 15-20 minutes home.  Imagine a life where you no longer have to deal with line-ups, crowded change rooms, public showers, and having to let somebody cut into you set.  With all the hustle and bustle these days, it’s no wonder people seldom use their newly purchased gym membership.

It’s a common misconception that you need a gym membership to get a spectacular workout.  Most people still believe that if you don’t workout at a gym, you shouldn’t waste your time working out at all.  People believe that home gym workouts can’t be as effective as gym workouts and who can blame them.  With all of these infomercial fitness products most people looking to get in shape have thrown money down the drain hoping that this new “Home Gym” product will help sculpt their waistlines.

Unless you’re a professional bodybuilder, the need for an entire gym of machines, weights, and equipment is completely unnecessary.  How do I know this for sure?  I know this because I personally used a home gym to lose 60lbs over a 6-month time frame.  When I started out my home gym consisted of a borrowed Weight Bench, a plastic coated weight set, and a Kickboxing Heavy Bag set.

That was the gym that I attributed all of my weight loss success to.  The total price of my home gym was about $225.  Proving that money and gyms full of equipment mean nothing to a person’s success, the person has to want to succeed, and I wanted it bad.

If you’re looking to build a home gym but have no idea where to start you can check out some of my other guides, I have several home gym designs for all different budgets.  And each guide comes with a free beginners workout.  If you’d like a more personal approach, feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.  I’d be glad to answer them.

This is the kind of article you can get for FREE in my Monthly Fitness Newsletter.  Check out my eBay store for more info.
