I want to say first of all, I don't feel the new feedback system is fair. I am a Seller and a BUYER. I purchase frequently, several items weekly. I was burned immediately with 2 FALSE comments from one buyer, on the same day sellers' could no longer leave Negative feedback. If buyers start leaving undeserved negatives or Harsher feedback than normal (because they can now and not get a negative whether deserved or undeserved back), ebay prices will rise. Te reason being is ebay fees have drastically INCREASED over the last 3 months and now sellers can only get a discount on fees with an EXTREMELY high approval rating, if sellers don't meet the requirements, they get no discount. Therefore prices and fees for the buyers will rise! I don't want to see this as a buyer or seller and I think that the new system will potentially hurt the community and the shopping/selling experience on ebay.

If a buyer doesn't pay for an item or ever email, a seller should be allowed to leave a negative remark. Also, in turn if a seller is crappy and won't answer emails, sends the wrong items AND REFUSES to make it right, they too deserve a negative. I hope we can al work together and keep the community intact!
