Well this not so secret tip has helped me to loose 15 pounds...now 50 pounds. I have implemented this into my daily life and have had great success. Who needs coffee or a Coke in the morning to perk you up....stop the caffiene addiction. If you were anything like me growing up my father ALWAYS told me that Cokes were bad for you and even worse DIET Cokes....**(Confession here in the SOUTH it is accustomed to call all 'soda' products a COKE okay okay I have fallen into the cliche =])*** So needless to say I have stopped my addiction and NO MORE CAFFINE in my life. Whoo hoo! =]

Well the key is WATER!!!!
Drink it EVERYDAY and OFTEN! Atleast 6-8 glasses of water is required by your body to function. I drink no more cokes and have lowered my daily fat and calorie intake to become a slimmer me! =] YAY!
I ALWAYS carry around my big Evian bottle of water and by the end of the day it is all gone and I feel great!
****Plus drinking water when you go out to eat is a WONDERFUL way to loose weight and SAVE MONEY!****
