I've used cell phones for a lot of years. Started with Omnipoint, and moved many times. I'm now with Verizon, and bought the Motorola RAZR V3c about 6 months ago. Here are my impressions of this phone. I've been through a gamut of phones; nokia, samsung, LG, and a good number and styles of Motorolas. This one's a keeper. Both the ringer, and the earpiece have great volume. This is important for me, because I use the phone under noisy conditions. The speaker phone feature is also excellent, and simple to use. The camera is adequate, although it could use a flash. My only complaint is the keypad: It needs to be a bit larger. I don't have big fingers, but I end up pushing the wrong key, or two keys at a time way too frequently. This can be pretty annoying. All in all though, this is a great phone. When I'm in an elevator in the middle of a conversation, I don't get cut off. That's a real godsend! I work on an ambulance, and I'm able to communicate on the phone despite the roar of the diesel, and the whine of the siren. I've dropped, and knocked the phone (which I wear on my belt) a number of times, and it keeps on ticking. I think the leather case I bought for it contributes to it's indestructibility. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd rate it a high nine. If this has been of help to anyone, please vote below. Thanks, and God bless. Larry
