The Holy Communion Rosary Chaplet Prayer Instructions
Begin on the crucifix with an Act of Contrition:
Act of Contrition:
O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee and I detest all my sins, because of Thy just punishments, but most of all because I have offend Thee, my God, who art all-good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace, to sins no more and to avoid the near occasions of sin.
On the first bead:
An Act of Faith
O my God, I firmly believe that You are one God in three Divine Persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; I believe that Your Divine Son became man and died for our sins, and that He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe these and all the truths which the Holy Catholic Church teaches, because You revealed them, who can neither deceive nor be deceived.
On the second bead:
An Act of Hope
O my God, relying on Your infinite goodness and promises, I hope to obtain pardon of my sins, the help of Your grace, and life everlasting, through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer.
On the third bead:
An Act of Love
O my God, I love You above all things, with my whole heart and soul, because You are all-good and worthy of all love. I love my neighbor as myself for the love of You. I forgive all who have injured me, and I ask pardon of all whom I have injured. Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, Have mercy on me, a sinner.

The Circle of 19 Beads in this order
First Bead: The Hail Mary:
Hail Mary, full of grace the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among
women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary Mother of
God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Second Bead: The Lord's Prayer:
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be
Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in
heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into
temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Third Bead: The Memorare:
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that
never was it known that any one who fled to thy protection, implored
thy help, and sought thy intercession, was left unaided. Inspired with
this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to
thee I come; before thee I stand sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the
Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but, in thy mercy, hear and
answer me. Amen.
Fourth Bead: Glory be to the Father:
Glory be to the Father and to the Son
and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning is now, and ever
shall be, world without end. Amen.
Repeat each set and finish on the rosary center with a Glory Be and restate your petition.
