Hello My name is Doraja and I love fashion. I love to shop for Fashion and I love to see people dressed in a great outfit. I am a frugal woman so I shop smart and pass the savings on to my buyers. I sometimes buy on a whim, and when I do, I fail to accurately assess my size or I do not read all of the details and end up with items that I can not fit or an item that I do not want. So if you are anything like me read this guide to help you make and informed purchase the first time around.
The following guidelines will help you choose theitem that is just right for you.
If you know what you're looking for, then shop by searching for what you want. Let me tell you how to find what you want. and gather all of the information you need to make a decision in which you will be happy with your purchase.

Watching items
If you find what you’re looking for, but want to wait a bit before bidding or buying at a set price , you can choose to "watch" your item. Try not to wait to late to bid prices sometimes jump up in the last hour. Also do not forget to log back in and check on your item that you are biding on. I have had some items slip through my fingers by just a couple of pennies.Try to avoid waiting until the last minute this is called sniping and it frowned upon.
Click on the link in the upper right corner of the listing page that reads "Watch this item" and it’ll be added to your My eBay Watching Page. This is kind of like an online shopping bag except if you do not want the item closely it will be bid right from under you in a matter of minutes.
Item details
Once you find your item, be sure to read the details and the fine print. Look for information about fit, fabric and style. Know what you’re buying for example a bag may look like a Gucci but it may just be "Gucci inspired" SO READ THE DETAILS, READ THE DETAILS AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, Read the details. Gucci inspired means that it is a knock off. You may be ok with a knock off but it is really upsetting if you thought you were getting an authentic Gucci bag and when the item is shipped it is nothing more than a knock off. So Read! Read! Read!
Some sellers will even tell you whether the item you’re thinking about bidding on comes from a smoke-free home or a home with no pets. This is so important because a item may be new with tags but if it comes from a smoker's environment or a Pet environment. Your nose will tell you a story that you may not like.
Below are some commonly used terms that will help you determine the item’s condition:
New with tags or New without tags: never washed or worn
Like new: this item looks new, no signs of wear; washed and possibly worn. This item will not have any tags.
Excellent: Previously worn, this item will show very small signs of washing. For example the item may look new but the tag may be slightly wrinkled due to washing.
Very good: This item has been worn and will show some signs of washing but there will be no flaws
Good/Play: This item has been worn and bares minor flaws and it may or may not show signs of multiple washings.
Fair: This item has been worn and shows tell tale signs of the wear such as heavy washing appearances and fading.
Poor: This item is not able to be used for much but you may be able to use some of the pieces such a zipper or a snap or a button.
Here is what Flaws mean to me: Spots, stains, a small tear or hole, irregular fabric patterns. Flaws could mean there is a missing or broken button, snap or zipper
Always look for the seller’s return policy and feedback. I will not shop with a person has a rating below 90%. I give a little wiggle room because life happens to all of us and for that reason alone I give people a chance. Feedback is an indicator of a seller's reputation on eBay, and it is a great source of information about the quality of the items they sell, it is also an indication of the level of customer service, and it tells the reliability of the seller. When you are purchasing products you want to know you are going to receive them. So as a personal rule of thumb, I will not buy from a seller that says that they never shipped the item. So just as a heads up, think long and hard about buying from a seller that has received numerous amounts of negative feedback. Also, think twice if their feedback mentions slow speed of delivery or items and if they do not respond to emails.
If you still have questions, ask the seller, ask the seller, ask the seller. Oh did I forget to mention, ASK THE SELLER! There is a hyperlink for this on the right side of a listing under "seller information". I have heard most people are really happy to respond to an email concerning the item you are interested in.
I can not emphasize how carefully reading the details in a listings can save you some headache and disappointment. Do your homework before you buy. Ebay Protects you and if you have a paypal account that protects you as well. My recommendation is that if you do not have a paypal account get one today. You can set one up very easily.
Carefully read the details in item listings.
If you want more information, ask by clicking the "ask the seller" hyperlink..
Always, Always Always make sure to complete your transaction on eBay . Transactions conducted outside of eBay are not covered by eBay protection programs and these practices are not a good idea. You are not protected from Fraud and Scams when you do this.
Never , Never, Never. Ever, Ever, Ever, pay for your eBay winnings by money transfer services through Western Union or MoneyGram. These payment methods aren't advisable and are highly unsafe when purchasing items from a person you do not know. I learned the hard way.
Figure delivery costs into your final price. If you buy a high priced item, make sure the seller will insure the item when it ships.
As a buyer you must Protect yourself
Ebay has a security and Resolution center offering many options to protect your account. Also, there great tools and resources there to help resolve common issues. If all else fails contact the Live chat team they are awesome, very helpful and efficient.
In the unfortunate event that a problem arises during your transaction rest assured that the ebay team and Paypal will help protect your information. PAypal is a great way to pay because the seller can't see your information, like a credit card or checking account number. Paypal protects both the buyer and the seller against unauthorized payments. Paypal also offers Paypal buyer Protection for up to $1000.00 for your purchases.
This leads me to the importance of knowing your seller. Start by researching the seller so you feel positive and reassured through your buying process. I CAN NOT SAY IT LOUD ENOUGH! If you do not feel comfortable about the seller for any reason, do not buy.
Check the Seller's Feedback rating! What is that you say? This information tells the percentages of positive response they have had with prior transactions. This also tells how many transactions they have completed. Pay attention to what buyers say in their feedback, it is a great indication of their integrity. MOST BUT NOT ALL power ebay seller's or top ebay sellers have a return policies operating like an actual retail store. Make sure you read their return policies, terms and conditions. If none are listed you can always talk to the seller and see if they will help you. I have had seller return half of my money , so it never hurts to do so.
So visit page. Most of my Products are new with tags. The lowest quality of items I will sell is Good. So check my listings out weekly for New, Excellent and Good quality items. I look forward to doing business with you. And remember sho smarter not harder!
