I was so excited to try this! What a great concept and to not have all the hassle of tampons & pads? Oh yeah!!  Well, sufficed to say, I was not as impressed after trying it.  It does hold your flow like it says but, it leaks causing you to have to wear a "backup", it's difficult to place and empty, and it's MESSY. I can't imagine trying to use this thing in public since you're supposed to rinse it out & follow all these special steps.  Everyone around you would think you're crazy or know exactly what you're doing, which kind of defeats the purpose and convenience of using it.  I'm dissappointed and would rather use the old standbys than deal with the hassle of this product, sadly.
