The 3 Hour Diet - Jorge Cruise's The 3-Hour Diet Book
I've heard of crash diets, fad diets and the works... but when I heard that the 3-Hour diet was all the rage - I had to laugh. I foolishly admit that it was my mistake - first, it sounded like a 6 Minute Abs concept. Then I asked myself how much weight you could lose in 3 hours? Anyhow, I did my research and author / 'inventor' Jorge Cruise wrote the New York Times' Bestseller 'The-3 Hour Diet' book that suggests eating smaller means every 3 hours rather than 3 large meals... Its amazing that such a familiar and well-known concept has made Jorge Cruise rich as can be! (By the way - it looks like Jorge dieted a little too much)
Jorge Cruise briefly on the 3-Hour Diet: "Studies suggest that people who eat the right foods every three hours lose fat around their middle first! Why? Because WHEN you eat is critical for increasing your energy, suppressing appetite and lowering the levels of cortisol, the belly bulging hormone!"
