I recently bought a dsp4000 off these people,....televideoaudioetc..... and could not figure out why i had missing banks i finally sent it in to eventide they said it hat 2 of the same eproms. At a cost of 500.00, thy fixed it. I could have done better by buying the eventide from somebody that offers a WARRANTY. When the seller says as is that usually means something is wrong or will go wrong. BUYERS BEWARE!!. That is why they do not accept paypal
