This is the rare box that was only released for the first shipments of the tmx elmo doll on the launch date. The dolls are identical with the only difference being when you open the flap elmo say "No Peaking" and you can only see his eyes.

TMX Elmo "Warning Box"
The warning box was released after the initial launch date when elmo was no longer a secret. The warning box elmo is different in two ways if you open the flap elmo will not say no peaking but will laugh and also the pictures under the flap are of the different poses tmx elmo performs.

If you want to buy TMX Elmo for a child then this version is for you, since the prices are expensive enough there is no need to pay more just for a box.
