THEN TAKE 1 PIECE OF BREAD AND LAY IT ON TOP OF THE BUTTER,TAKE THE FIRST PIECE OF BREAD OUT OF THE PAN .
THEN TAKE THE OTHER PIECE OF BREAD AND LAY IT IN THE PAN,ON TOP OF THE REMAINING BUTTER,
THEN PUT YOUR STEAK IN THE PAN(FRESH SANDWICH STEAK IS THE BEST,BUT STEAK-UM'S ARE GOOD TO),COOK THE STEAK UNTIL FINISHED,THEN REMOVE THE STEAK FROM THE PAN AND PUT IT ON PAPER TOWELS TO DRAIN.
THEN TAKE A PAPER TOWEL AND WIPE ANY GREASE OUT OF THE PAN.
NEXT PLACE THE PRE BUTTERED BREAD BACK IN THE PAN BUTTER SIDE DOWN THEN TAKE A PIECE OS CHEESE I RECOMMEND LAND-O-LAKES,AND PLACE 1 PIECE OF CHEESE ON THE BREAD THEN LAY THE STEAK ON THE CHEESE,NEXT LAY ANOTHER PIECE OF CHEESE ON TOP OF THE STEAK THEN PLACE THE LAST PIECE OF BREAD ON TOP OF THE STEAK.
THEN CHECK THE BREAD AND FLIP ONCE BREAD STARTS TO BROWN,ONCE THE OTHER SIDE BROWNS TO YOUR SATISFACTION,AS LONG AS CHEESE IS MELTED IT'S FINISHED, IF CHEESE IS NOT MELTED TURN DOWN HEAT AND COOK UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.
