The best guidline I can advise is....

Be fair..patient...honest, and have great communication skills.

Ebay is a very "user friendly" place to do business.

Whether you are healthy or unhealthy...or (technologically challenged)...or even CAVEMAN. 

Ebay is the place for you...lol...sounds more like a commercial than a guidline...I am done!
