Some sellers state in their listings that this movie is legal because it is in the "public domain." NOT TRUE!

Regardless of how it is made or where it is made, until it is licensed for authentic release by the copyright holder, it is an illegal, pirated copy.

To discourage the thriving sales of illegal bootlegs on eBay, I encourage you to research the authenticity of an item before bidding/purchasing.

HOW TO REPORT RECEIVING A BOOTLEG/COPY:

1. Click on your MY eBAY button/link
2. Click on the DISPUTE CONSOLE link which is down the left-hand side of your My eBay page
3. Click on the REPORT AN ITEM NOT RECEIVED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED link and then follow through with all the steps

HOW TO REPORT A LISTING WHICH YOU SUSPECT IS A BOOTLEG/COPY:

(I know that it seems like a lot of steps to take but after you've done it once, you can bookmark it and never have to repeat the same steps again!!)

1. Click on the HELP button/link
2. On the left hand side click on CONTACT US
3. Click in the option for LISTING VIOLATIONS
4. Under Step 1: Select a subtopic choose FRAUDULENT LISTINGS (illegal sellers demands, you didn't receive item, etc.)
5. Under Step 2: choose You suspect that a listing is fraudulent you didn't bid
6. Click on CONTINUE
7. Click on E-MAIL US
8. A form will then appear where you enter up to 10 suspected item numbers separated by commas, as well as a spot to ENTER YOUR QUESTION/CONCERN
