I think with all the negative on ebay today, sometimes sellers forget to stop and thank the ebayers that are loyal customers. So here goes:

Ebay recently put a restriction on our account, no longer allowing us to list in our headings items such as Prada, DG, Chloe, Chanel, etc. It is the uneducated ebayer that probably reported one of our items thinking there was a problem, forcing the hand of the vero department. Allow me to state clearly our policy:
WE DO NOT SELL FAKES, COPIES OR ILLEGAL MERCHANDISE ON EBAY!
This is our bread and butter, our income. I would never jeapardize my reputation with both consigners and ebay buyers by trying to pass along anything fake. We beg you to ask your questions, probe away!!! We welcome your comments and opionions and love your feedback. We truly review and take to heart our emails in order to better our service and make our customers happy. After all,
OUR CUSTOMERS ARE NUMBER ONE!!!
We unfortunately have had to start cross selling on other sites. Something we have never done before and never ever thought we would have to do. We are dye hard ebay fanatics and supporters and want to believe that things will be good again soon!
