Webkinz come with none or ONE  magic "W" on them.  The magic "W" is embroidered on, so if pinched it is plyable, bendable.  Webkinz, like the beanie babies, can have an "OOOps" when manufactured. Such as; a magic "W" on 2 different feet.  These would be considered 'one-of-a-kind' or rarer than the norm.  If you have the opportunity to catch such a find, just ask the seller if  the magic "W"s are both soft and plyable.   One should not feel differently from the other.  The magic "W" is embroidered on during the manufacturing.  There are some out there being sold with the second magic "W" glued on.  That "W" is very very hard and stiff.  Always be careful in buying something that sounds to good to be true.
