The ‘Primitive Look’ is definately in. I am just amazed at how many primitive items that are available on eBay...and the talent and creativeness that goes into these projects.

I have had alot of ‘Primitive Lovers’ tell me that an already great item is made even better, when a few sprigs of Sweet Annie are added. And I have to agree with them.

I do see the difference...whether its a few sprigs of Sweet Annie stuffed into a prim doll’s pocket or a small bunch of Sweet Annie tied together with jute twine and placed into a primitive country gathering. Sweet Annie does add that EXTRA TOUCH!

A customer of mine, that has a primitive store, tells me she’s been putting together bowl fillers and gatherings. And since she added Sweet Annie to them.....she has been amazed at how fast they sell and how many sell.

Sweet Annie also is known for its trademark fragrance...which goes hand in hand with the primitive world. But, if you want that great Sweet Annie look and not the fragrance....there is also another option....Sweet Annie’s cousin.....Sweet Green or ‘Scentless Sweet Annie’. Sweet Green looks like Sweet Annie only it has a finer texture and it doesn’t have the strong fragrance that Sweet Annie has.
