I've had similar problems with the new Superbug I bought. The engineer who wrote is right on target. My cart stopped running on number 11. I had another golfer haul the cart in on the back of his riding cart. I discovered it had blown a fuse and I replaced the fuse between the batteries and it shot fire out of the control box around the plastic cover. I'll probably return the whole cart and just take my medicine like the other guy did. It's a pretty sorry cart overall. They offer no service and the service manual is almost incomprehensible.
