This guide will explain some of the the basics about subliminals.

The word "subliminal" means "under the threshold" in Latin.  It refers to information that is too faint for you to sense consciously, but that is recorded by your subconscious mind.  (It can also refer to information your conscious mind has decided to ignore in favor of other, more obvious or interesting information.)  Subliminals are useful for making changes to the subconscious program that guides your actions.  Since the subconscious mind does not have the capacity for logical thinking, it will literally believe whatever you tell it, as long as you tell it with enough emotional impact, or enough repetition.

It is possible for the conscious mind to disagree with the subconscious mind, and when this happens, the subconscious mind will always win the argument.  (If you're having trouble with conscious vs. subconscious, just thing of it like this: The conscious mind is what wakes up in the morning.  The subconscious mind is what dreams while "you" sleep.)

Subliminal recordings take advantage of the fact that the conscious mind is designed to focus on only a small number of things, whereas the subconscious records everything that registers on any of your senses.  By using subliminals to repeatedly expose the subconscious to specific messages, you can cause it to believe, and thus accept those messages as new programming.  Once it has done that, it begins acting on (or manifesting) the new programming, and the changes take place.

There are also supraliminals.  Where subliminals operate below the threshold, supraliminals operate above the threshold of conscious detection.  An example of supraliminals would be ultrasonic sounds.  (I offer ultrasonics and call them subliminals because not many people are familiar with the term 'supraliminal'.)

Audio subliminals generally come in two major formats: Masked and ultrasonic.  Masked subliminals are audible speech or other sounds that is "masked" by some other sound.  An example of this is subliminals that sound like the ocean, but have speech buried in the ocean sounds just below the volume that you can consciously hear over the ocean sounds.  Masked subliminals take advantage of the fact that your conscious mind is trying to pay attention to what is most important.

Ultrasonics are speech or other sounds that have been made so high pitched that they stop vibrating your eardrum, as normal sounds do, and instead they vibrate some part of your inner ear.  They are therefore effectively silent to conscious hearing, but the subconscious detects the stimulation of the inner ear, decodes it, and makes sense of it.  These do not need a "cover"or "mask", so they can be recorded with no other sounds present.  The result sounds like a blank CD, but a visualizer will reveal the presence of sounds being played.  Ultrasonic subliminals have certain advantages over masked subliminals, but masked subliminals also have certain advantages over ultrasonics as well.

The vast majority of subliminals available are in masked format because this format is easy to make, and has a long history of being effective when properly created and used.  Ultrasonics are much more difficult to make, but are usually more effective because the subliminal information is significantly louder.

Because there are advantages to both masked and ultrasonic formats, I created the "Dual Format Subliminal", in which one track is a masked version of the title, and the other track is the silent ultrasonic subliminal version of the title.  This makes the program much more versatile and useful in a broader range of circumstances.  This idea has been hailed by other producers of subliminals, and is often imitated.

Subliminals do basically the same thing as hypnosis, but without using awareness alteration.  They typically require repeated use over a number of days or weeks or months to have full effect.  Anyone who is advertising "instant results" with subliminals is not being honest.  While subliminals can produce results after just one exposure, this is very unusual and typically happens when the goal is desired strongly and there is a time limit.  Subliminals usually take 3-4 weeks of exposure to begin showing results if you use them for an hour a day.  You can speed up your results quite a bit if you use them more each day, or by playing them all night long.  I have seen people get results from subliminal programming in less than a week (as little as three nights worth of use in some cases) when the program was used all night long, every night.  The only type of subliminal that works faster than that is audio aphrodisiacs, which can work in under 10 minutes if used and created properly.

You can use more than one subliminal program at a time, but the more you use at once, the longer each title will require to take effect.  Based on my experiments, I do not suggest trying to use more than three different titles at a time.

You can choose from a wide variety of excellent subliminals, sounds of nature and other interesting offerings (including custom subliminals) at my Ultrasonic Subliminals eBbay store.  I also do custom work, and can create new titles for you as well!  Visit us today and see what you have been missing!
